What does The Bubbly Bus® provide?

The Original has five taps for bubbly, wine, sangria, hard seltzer, cider, domestic and craft beer. The Benton has seven taps and can also serve a craft cocktail on tap! These taps are fully customizable to your event! Included in your custom quote is service of one of our buses, your bartenders, glassware/plasticware, napkins, decor, etc.

What glassware does The Bubbly Bus® include?

The Bubbly Bus® has several glassware options to fit every event. Standard stem glassware is included in custom quotes. However, if you are looking for something different, we also have a few specialty glass options that for an up charge can be included at your event. Don't want to worry about glass? We would be happy to provide plastic disposable cups for your event!

What types of wines can The Bubbly Bus® serve?

The Bubbly Bus® can serve any type of keg wine as well as wine by the bottle! We can serve bubbly, white wine, red wine, rosé and sangria on tap!

Besides bubbly, wine and beer, what else can The Bubbly Bus® provide?

We would be happy to mix up a specialty cocktail, set up a mimosa bar with various juices and fruit, or provide garnishes to go along with your sangria. Contact us and we'll work together to come up with the perfect party plan!

What type of events can The Bubbly Bus® go to?

All types of celebrations! From weddings to company parties to summer soirées, The Bubbly Bus® is ready to bring bubbles and cheer to your occasion!

Does The Bubbly Bus® sell alcohol?

All alcohol needs to be bought separately by you. We will be happy to pick up kegs and bring to your event if you order through our partner The Casual Pint and you will receive a separate bill for the kegs that you pick out! Have another source or place you want to buy your alcohol? No problem, we are glad to pour bottles of wines, bubbly, beer, etc. that you provide but you are responsible to have it there for us at your event!

Does The Bubbly Bus® come with staff?

Yes we provide one or more bubbly servers depending on the size of your event.

Where is The Bubbly Bus® based out of and can it travel to my event?

The Bubbly Bus® is based out of Columbia, South Carolina and serves the Greater Columbia area. We can travel to any other location within the state with a $1.00 a mile mileage fee round trip.

How much does it cost to have The Bubbly Bus® at my event?

Every event is unique and different and not one price fits all. Contact us for a custom quote!

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Once you decide you are ready to book your event we will email you a contract. When we receive your signed contract then you will receive a separate invoice. You can simply pay online with any credit card and the deposit payment is due by the next business day. Remember your date is not held until we receive your deposit. Payment in full is due 14 days before your event.

Does The Bubbly Bus® have a rain date policy?

We come to your event rain or shine! We cannot accommodate rain dates for your event due to advance bookings. If you feel because of potential bad weather your event needs some type of tent/awning/etc. for service from the bus that is the host's responsibility to provide.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • If you cancel within:
    • 180 days or more before your event, you will receive your full deposit back minus a $150 booking fee.
    • 150-179 days before the date of your event, you will receive your full deposit back minus a $250 booking fee.
    • 31-149 days before the date of your event, we will keep your full deposit.
    • 30 days or less prior to the date of your event, you will still owe the full service fee amount.
